Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft Developer II to join our Technology team in Houston, TX.

You will develop, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications in an Oracle environment, covering HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, eBenefits, and Self Service. You will work through the full development lifecycle, collaborate with business stakeholders, design specifications, develop integrations using Integration Broker, and contribute to testing, documentation, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications and data/models.
• 5+ years of PeopleTools development experience; 8.60 or later.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle or a comparable relational database.
• 5+ years of experience with PeopleCode, SQL, and SQR.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, eBenefits, or Self Service.
• Experience with Integration Broker, REST or SOAP web services, or file-based integrations is preferred.
• Experience with XML Publisher or BI Publisher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for PeopleSoft HCM applications in an Oracle environment.
• Develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft applications, including performance tuning and integration work.
• Partner with end users to investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Define scope of business needs and translate processes into functional requirements and technical designs.
• Design, develop, and unit test enhancements and projects per development standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and external applications.
