Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - HR Business Partner for Federal HR. This is a remote position with occasional in-office attendance near Tysons Corner, VA, if needed.

The role collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drives organizational development, and leads a team of HRBPs to support growth objectives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with prior HRBP work in government contracting IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience or equivalent
• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting IT in government contracting
• Ability to align HR strategies with business goals with leadership collaboration
• Experience using data-driven insights to evaluate HR initiatives
• Experience leading and developing HR teams
• Experience partnering with talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, etc.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite,Excel,PowerPoint and Word
