Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a resilient HR Business Partner to support our Field Services organization (CQM and Commissioning). This remote role partners with managers to navigate employee relations, retention, and policy enforcement on client sites and extended field assignments.

You will leverage Rippling HRIS and MS Office, guide compensation benchmarking with Total Rewards, and apply data-driven insights to improve retention and performance while ensuring compliance across a remote-first,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years as HRBP preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or MS in HR/OD are a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with high accountability and autonomy.
• Experience in field operations, construction, engineering, or manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for Field Services and leaders across QC ecosystem.
• Address employee relations, performance concerns, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support managers with performance improvement plans and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies, handbooks, and EH&S standards.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and audit-ready records.
