Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HRBP role.
• Proven experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural and operational transitions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on talent strategies and workforce planning.
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management and policy harmonization.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent approaches.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while mitigating risk.
