We seek a Director, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to executives, guiding organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee relations.

You will lead integration efforts for acquisitions, harmonize policies, and align people strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HRBP role.
• Proven experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural and operational transitions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on talent strategies and organizational development.
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, policy harmonization, and employee engagement.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Advise on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
• Collaborate to develop HR programs that support company objectives and high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development for leadership.
