Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, guiding talent strategies aligned with business goals and leading HR support across units. A core focus is managing acquisitions integrations, ensuring seamless transitions, policy harmonization, and strong cultural alignment to drive high performance.

The role requires 10+ years in HR with HRBP experience, a business-related degree, and proven ability to coach executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including significant HRBP experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
• Proven experience leading HR integration for acquisitions including cultural/operational transitions
• Strong business acumen aligning HR with business goals
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management and talent development
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted partnerships
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on talent strategies and workforce planning
• Lead acquisitions integration including change management and policy harmonization
• Drive talent management initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development
• Advise on employee relations matters ensuring fair, consistent practices
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and L&D for seamless HR service delivery
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and leadership development
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive decisions
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
