Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions.
• Strong business acumen aligned with business goals.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving change management initiatives.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on talent strategies and workforce planning.
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, cultural alignment, and policy harmonization.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
• Oversee employee relations matters ensuring fair, policy-aligned practices.
• Partner with leaders to develop HR programs that support business objectives and high performance.
• Guide on performance management, coaching, and development to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development for seamless HR service delivery.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate risk.
