Job summary

Copeland is seeking an HR Workday Ecosystem Architect to lead design and integration of enterprise HR platforms, including HCM, payroll, and IAM. You will drive architecture decisions, ensure compliant workflows, and guide global HR and Payroll environments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Workday expertise, experience with JML automation, and hands-on integration capabilities across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of HR systems architecture experience, focused on Workday.
Strong knowledge of Workday modules, integrations, and configurations.
Experience with JML processes and provisioning systems (AD, HRIS, ticketing).
Experience with API/middleware-based integrations and data management.
Excellent analytical and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise HR IT architecture across HCM, payroll, and IAM.
Oversee Workday integration with payroll, timekeeping, talent, and performance systems.
Optimize JML workflows for onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, Compliance, and Infra teams.
