Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking an HRIS Architect (Workday) to configure, support, and optimize the Workday platform for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT. You will drive security, integrations, reporting, and testing across deployments.

The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and ensure compliance with SOX controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• Workday security and integrations experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday across Core HCM.
• Design and optimize business processes, security, and org structures.
• Develop and test Workday integrations and EIBs.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Support production releases, testing, and UAT.
• Ensure SOX controls and audits are addressed.
