Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR operations, or a similar role.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and create strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and outreach.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Contribute to HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
