The position is remote in the United States, reports to the Manager of HR Systems, and offers a salary range of $88,000–$115,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR systems experience or equivalent HR technology support.
• Hands-on configuration, user support, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and follow change-management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR systems, modules, workflows, forms, reports, and processes.
• Triage and resolve tickets within service expectations; troubleshoot access and data issues.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and test evidence; support security changes and cross-border data standards.
