Job summary

Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to manage day-to-day administration, configuration, support, testing, and data integrity across HR systems and modules, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, and benefits.

You will work with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and Total Rewards to ensure accurate data and compliant processes in a remote setting. A strong attention to detail and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR systems experience or equivalent HR tech support.
• Hands-on configuration, testing, and ticket resolution.
• Ability to handle confidential data and follow change-management procedures.
• Strong remote collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT.
• UKG Pro/UKG WFM familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR systems, modules, workflows, tables, forms, reports, and business processes.
• Monitor, triage, document, and resolve tickets within service expectations.
• Identify issues and data gaps; escalate high-impact matters as needed.
• Open change tickets, co-write test cases, and support migrations to production.
• Create and maintain documentation, process guides, and testing evidence.
