Job summary

IEM is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to administer and optimize HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliant change management. The role supports payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and related modules across a remote US environment.

You will configure, test, document, and troubleshoot system issues, while partnering with HR Ops, Payroll, IT, and Talent teams to drive HRIS initiatives and updates. A strong attention to detail and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of HR systems experience or equivalent HR tech support.
  • Hands-on configuration, user support, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion; follow change-management procedures.
  • Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer assigned HR systems, modules, workflows, forms, reports, and business processes; author routine configuration in test environments.
  • Monitor, triage, document, and resolve tickets within service expectations; troubleshoot access, data, and process issues.
  • Identify configuration issues, data inconsistencies, and process gaps; escalate high-impact matters appropriately.
  • Open change tickets with testable requirements; migrate approved changes to production and attach evidence.
