Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Human Resources Support professional to support the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program. This role coordinates human performance and family support services that strengthen the readiness, resilience, performance, and longevity of SOF personnel and their families. U.S.

citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required for contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of related experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or related field.
• Experience planning and coordinating performance programs in collegiate, professional, military, or SOF environments.
• Current certification in a discipline such as ATCS, CSCS, PT, CPS, or Performance Dietitian.
• Strong multi-domain human performance programming and team dynamics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and coach change management analysts.
• Partner with product management and project management teams to implement changes.
• Communicate directly with the client and develop enhanced reporting.
• Support planning, development and synchronization of training, guidance, and policy.
• Coordinate, document and oversee human performance services for peak performance and reconditioning.
