A La C.A.R.T.E. Solutions is a fully remote HR services firm providing human resources support to diverse, growing businesses across the United States.

The HR Manager Consultant role partners with client teams and our CHRO to deliver advisory services, policy development, and compliant HR operations. You will lead talent management, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration while applying strategic thinking and a people-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred; CA employment law expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand HR requirements and goals.
• Develop tailored HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
• Develop performance evaluation frameworks and assist in appraisals.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Identify training needs and develop HR training programs.
• Administer benefit programs and open enrollment processes.
• Assess HR technology needs and assist in HRIS implementations.
