Job summary

Roth Staffing is hiring a remote Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR programs, with a strong focus on leave administration, compliance, HR operations, and benefits support. Working with the Director of Human Resources, you will serve as a trusted resource for coworkers and Ambassadors, ensuring accurate data, onboarding, and life-cycle activities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Candidates should have 3+ years in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with UKG/Workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with emphasis on leaves and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in staffing industry a plus.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, PDL) and related programs.
• Serve as day-to-day HR resource for coworkers and Ambassadors.
• Support HR compliance and benefits administration and reporting.
• Assist HR operations across onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR data and utilize UKG to improve efficiency.
