Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, HR, shared services, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or related role.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; experience with Workday or HR systems preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates, leaders, and HR.
• Research and resolve inquiries using approved resources; escalate when needed.
• Process routine HR transactions and data updates.
• Review reports, complete audits, correct discrepancies, and follow up on items.
• Maintain documentation and protect confidential information; support cross-training.
• Participate in daily management and problem solving to improve service delivery.
• Support testing, data validation, and training related to HR processes.
