Thrivent is seeking a team-oriented HR Service Center member to answer HR information requests from employees, field personnel, and external parties. You will handle standard HR processes, provide data changes, verifications of employment, and time reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience related to benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent customer service through various channels to employees, members of the field organization and outside parties regarding HR inquiries.
• Identify unspoken customer needs by actively listening and engaging with customers.
• Research and answer standard HR Service Center questions to meet service levels.
• Escalate unusual/complex cases within HR Service Center to the appropriate tier.
