Job summary

Thrivent in the United States is seeking a brokerage operations associate responsible for answering incoming calls and processing new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers and distributions.

You will analyze non-routine and/or complex transactions, perform outbound calls as needed, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards while collaborating across teams to deliver timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1–2 years in financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66, required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls and manage workflow.
• Process new accounts, maintenance, transfers and distributions.
• Review non-routine and/or 'not in good order' items.
• Provide timely, accurate service while complying with regulations.
• Communicate clearly to field and clients about account status.
• Collaborate with service teams to meet department quality standards.
