Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking a seasoned HR Service Center Supervisor to lead a team of HR Service Center Coordinators and Specialists responsible for end-to-end HR policies and procedures. You will direct performance, staffing, compensation decisions, and ongoing development of team members.

You will proactively monitor ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and work distribution to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (in Human Resources, Communications, or Business preferred) or 1-2 year of equivalent HR experience without degree.
• 3 years Human Resources experience required, at least 1 year experience of management preferred.
• 3 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and direction for the team and drive team accountability.
• Monitor ticket volume, backlog, and workday tasks and distribute work to maintain SLAs.
• Orientation, training, and coaching of new team members.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service and maintains standards.
• Serve as liaison between COE's, Payroll, HRIS, and coordinators; escalate employee concerns.
• Lead analytics, reporting, and process improvements for HR service operations.
