Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Manager of the HR Service Center to lead end-to-end HR support across the organization, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent responses while driving service quality and efficiency. You will manage service center teams, partner with HR Centers of Excellence, and elevate the associate experience.

Responsibilities include shaping the operating model, monitoring performance, handling complex issues with HR leadership, standardizing processes, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years leading HR service delivery or shared services.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience in multi-tiered service models (Level 1–3).
• Experience in a shared services or global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Service Center operating model and deliver high-quality support.
• Monitor service performance and associate experience metrics.
• Provide leadership for complex or high-risk issues with HR leadership.
• Oversee handoffs and escalation between support levels.
• Coach and develop HR Service Center associates.
