Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Manager, HR Service Center to lead end-to-end HR support across the organization, ensuring timely, accurate guidance for associates and leaders.

The role directs service center teams, partners with HR Centers of Excellence, and drives improvements in service quality, efficiency, and associate experience, including standardizing processes and exploring AI-driven automation with HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years leading HR service delivery or shared services.
• Experience with multi-tiered service models (Level 1–3).
• Experience in a shared services or global environment.
• HR certification or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong service mindset and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Service Center operating model.
• Monitor service performance and associate experience metrics.
• Oversee complex, sensitive, or high‑risk issues with HR leadership.
• Ensure smooth handoffs and escalation between levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR Service Center associates.
• Set expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Standardize and document HR service processes and knowledge content.
• Identify automation opportunities with AI in partnership with HRIS.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with policies, legal requirements, and risk standards.
• Support enterprise initiatives with M&A.
