You will lead end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to interviewing for open positions at the Seabrook site or neighboring facilities. The role emphasizes partnering with plant leaders, building relationships with hiring managers, and driving a compliant, efficient interview process using ATS and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–4 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with web recruitment tools and ATS.
• Experience sourcing for manufacturing or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Leaders to assess and implement recruiting strategy.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand roles.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internal and external candidates.
• Network to build candidate sources via agencies and online sites.
• Coordinate with staffing on temporary roles and temp-to-perm positions.
• Maintain applicant data in ATS and ensure compliance.
