Job summary

The Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc HR team in Seabrook, NJ seeks a Generalist/Manufacturing HR Generalist to support payroll, attendance, recruitment, leaves and employee records in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment. This on-site role reports to the location HR Manager.

Responsibilities include recruitment support for corporate offices, onboarding, benefits-related tasks, and HR policy implementation. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required or equivalent.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll, time & attendance and HR policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR software systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment efforts for the corporate office including advertising, sourcing, applicant evaluation, and interviewing.
• Conducts onboarding and maintains employee files; coordinates onboarding for all new employees.
• Supports payroll and time & attendance using UKG/ADP; maintains compliance with HR policies.
• Develops job descriptions with the Director of Talent Management; supports HR projects.
• Performs other HR duties and contributes to process improvements as required.
