Job summary

Precision System Design Inc. is seeking a REMOTE HR Project Manager (Lead Project Manager Associate) for a long-term contract to support a migration from PeopleSoft to Workday HCM. This Agile role reports to the HR Business unit and requires HR-focused PM experience.

Remote within the US with EST schedule alignment. Day-to-day involves delivering PM artifacts, guiding change adoption, and leading end-to-end workstreams across HR domains.

Qualifications

• PM role focused on HR business unit, not IT
• Experience with HR or HCM-related SaaS/cloud tools preferred
• Strong stakeholder management across functional teams and IT

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management deliverables and artifacts (plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, status reports)
• Support adoption of changes with change impact analysis, communication, training, and stakeholder plans
• Develop or influence project strategy and delivery across HR programs
• Proactively mitigate risks and drive delivery of workstream milestones
