Job summary

Concord USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-month Workday ERP/HRIS migration. You will own the plan, governance artifacts, and cross-functional coordination to keep the implementation on track and aligned with executive goals.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and a PMP or equivalent certification. This is a remote US-based contract engaging internal teams and a third-party vendor to deliver a successful Go-Live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on project management experience delivering a system implementation with a third-party vendor.
• Prior experience managing a Workday implementation or comparable large-scale HRIS/ERP project.
• Ability to build project plans, status reporting, and tracking artifacts from scratch.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive project plan for the Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain project artifacts (status reports, RAID logs, timelines, resource plans).
• Define and track measurable progress indicators across workstreams.
• Manage the team’s deliverables, timeline, and accountability.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Prepare for and lead detailed stakeholder reviews with senior leadership.
• Coordinate across internal teams and vendor to stay on schedule and scope.
• Escalate issues early, with data to support the escalation.
