Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Workday Project Manager to oversee multiple Workday implementations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, particularly with Workday HCM, and excel in a collaborative team setting. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, assisting in sales cycles, and ensuring client success during and after implementation.

Qualifications

• Workday Project Management certification from a Workday Services Partner Firm (Required).
• 1-3 years’ experience project managing Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required).
• 2+ years' Saas project management or software implementation experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrate competency in the Workday HCM and Payroll product suite.
• Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered.
