Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day-to-day compensation programs and HR operational workflows, including onboarding, personnel changes, and compensation-driven process improvements. You will manage people analytics reporting, monitor legislation for compliance, and partner with HR and business leaders to ensure pay practices are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with focus on onboarding and/or total rewards.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Professional Human Resources certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day‑to‑day administration of compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manage escalations.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provides guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent and aligned with policies.
• Maintains onboarding modules and templates within internal systems and keeps content up‑to‑date with government standards.
• Oversees data integrity in HRIS and aligns HR data sources.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance when necessary.
• Monitor compensation and reporting-related legislation and assess impact on policies.
