Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day-to-day compensation programs and HR operational workflows, including onboarding, personnel changes, and compensation-driven process improvements. This role partners with HR and business leaders to ensure compliant pay practices and accurate job data.

You will lead People Analytics, monitor legislation, and drive initiatives to improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with onboarding and/or total rewards.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• HR analytics experience preferred.
• Professional Human Resources certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Ensure client requirements for internal bench employees compliance; manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance on job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provide guidance to managers on offering compensation packages aligned with policies.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates in internal systems; ensure accuracy and government alignment.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity across all HR data sources.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor compensation and reporting legislation; assess impact on policies.
• Contribute to HR initiatives to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive library of job descriptions with version control and access.
• Policy creation on compensation and government compliance.
• Ad hoc projects related to compensation and government compliance.
• Support merger and acquisitions activities by overseeing data transfer.
