Qualifications

• Progressive experience in automation, process optimization or related fields.
• Ability to translate ops challenges into automated or intelligent solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with low-code/no-code workflow platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across HR Operations.
• Act as the directly responsible individual for multi-phase initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
