The position is remote with up to 40% travel, handling multi-site HR oversight and complex employee relations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in Human Resources, multi-site preferred.
• Experience with employee relations and policy administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides radical collaboration to deliver internal customer support and foster a strong team environment.
• Delivers coaching support, conflict resolution, and practices for employee development and engagement.
• Collaborates with internal customers to support succession planning, performance management, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manages policy administration through review of policy questions, investigations, and interpretations, ensuring compliant actions.
• Analyzes compliance with federal, state, and local laws including EEO/FMLA/WC/ADA and related rulings.
• Coordinates records and data management to support leave administration and disciplinary actions.
• Performs other tasks as identified.
