Job summary

Valet Living is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a key advisor to Operations Directors and field associates nationwide. You will manage HR matters from intake to resolution, including performance management, investigations, leaves, accommodations, and policy interpretation.

You will partner with leaders to mitigate risk, promote consistency, and maintain strong management-associate connections while driving HR projects and data-driven processes using systems like Workday

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in advisory roles with multi-state scope.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA accommodations, EEOC oversight.
• Ability to lead investigations, coach leaders, and manage complex associate relations cases.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own associate relations and case resolution across a 40-state workforce.
• Coach leaders through performance coaching, organizational change, and risk management.
• Lead objective investigations with neutral, evidence-based summaries.
• Strengthen documentation and consistency in disciplinary records and leaves.
• Guide accommodations and leaves, route leave requests to Leave Management team.
• Apply multi-state employment law to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Manage unemployment claims and respond to inquiries with supporting evidence.
• Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for policies and programs.
• Collaborate nationally with leaders and HR partners on projects.
• Analyze trends and use Workday, ALLVoices, SignNow, ADP Unemployment Claims Management, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook to drive execution.
• Respond to policy questions and conduct exit interviews for retention insights.
• Support evolving business needs with cross-functional flexibility.
