Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across our organization.

You will support employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR programs. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate ambiguity, and balances independent work with strong cross-functional collaboration within a collaborative HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of employment law across CA, NV, AZ, NM, CO.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigations experience.
• Excellent judgment, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO is a plus.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management and development.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide compliant recommendations.
• Coach leaders through complex people situations and organizational change.
• Support employee engagement, recognition and culture initiatives.
• Analyze HR trends and suggest process improvements.
• Administer core HR programs, including performance reviews, terminations, and compensation support.
