Job summary

COMPUCORE SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Compliance Manager in Chicago to structure, elevate, and lead our HR division. You will leverage RUN Powered by ADP® to drive enterprise-grade compliance across federal and Illinois laws while building scalable HR assets.

You will own ADP modules, implement CareerPlug integrations, and lead onboarding, offboarding, performance, and training programs to align HR with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of HR generalist or management experience.
• Hands-on experience with RUN Powered by ADP or ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and Illinois labor laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer RUN Powered by ADP and act as internal HRIS expert.
• Audit and ensure compliance with Illinois and Federal labor laws.
• Develop onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
• Oversee benefits, 401(k), and PTO administration.
• Maintain Employee Handbook, org charts, and SOPs.
