Job summary

COMPUCORE SOLUTIONS INC in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced HR Operations & Compliance Manager to structure, elevate, and lead our HR division, leveraging RUN Powered by ADP as our payroll backbone.

You will own ADP system architecture, ensure compliance with federal and Illinois laws, and build enterprise-grade HR processes, including onboarding, benefits, performance tracking, and SOPs. Strong ADP expertise and governance mindset required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of HR generalist or management experience.
• ADP Expertise: 2–3 years of hands‑on RUN Powered by ADP or higher‑tier ADP platforms; CareerPlug integrations preferred.
• Compliance Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Federal labor regulations and Illinois employment laws.
• Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree; SHRM-CP or PHR is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• ADP System Mastery & Architecture: Full administration of RUN Powered by ADP platform.
• Structural HR Compliance & Guidance: Audit employment practices for Illinois and Federal labor laws.
• Full Lifecycle Talent Management: Manage job descriptions, onboarding, interviews, and offboarding.
• Benefits & Leave Administration: Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO compliance.
