Job summary

COMPUCORE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Compliance Manager to structure, elevate, and lead our HR division. Proficiency with RUN Powered by ADP and CareerPlug is essential as you align the company with Illinois and Federal laws and build enterprise-grade HR processes.

You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, performance programs, benefits administration, and document governance, shaping a scalable HR function for a growing organization.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–6 years as HR generalist or manager.
Hands-on proficiency with RUN Powered by ADP and ADP modules.
Strong knowledge of Illinois and Federal labor laws.
Experience building HR infrastructure in growing companies.
Bachelor’s degree; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Administer RUN Powered by ADP platform end-to-end.
Audit and align employment practices with Illinois and Federal laws.
Develop Employee Handbook, org chart templates, and SOPs.
Oversee Talent Acquisition, Onboarding/Offboarding, and performance programs.
Manage benefits administration and PTO tracking.
