Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor - Managed Benefits to lead a specialized benefits operations team remotely in the United States. You will mentor staff, enhance client service, and drive process improvements across benefits coordination and HR services.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's or equivalent experience and 2+ years of supervisory work in benefits/HCM, plus strong communication and training skills to support client success and internal operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years related HR/Benefits experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years in benefits and/or HCM preferred.
• Experience with online project boards (Smartsheet) preferred.
• SHRM/PHR/CEBS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated eye for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Managed Benefits Team and guide operations.
• Facilitate clear communication with employees and clients.
• Deliver training sessions based on client needs.
• Lead collaboration to ensure client success.
• Manage recruiting and onboarding for the team.
• Develop SOPs for managed benefits processes.
• Address service improvements and resource planning.
• Own escalations and support clients accordingly.
• Oversee performance management, payroll, and onboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
