Medsien, a leading remote care management provider, is hiring an HR Operations Specialist in Istanbul to partner with all departments and support HR processes.

You will manage end-to-end HR operations—contracts, onboarding, offboarding, records—and coordinate recruitment, references, and background checks while ensuring data privacy. English fluency and Turkish work hours 16:00–24:00 are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or higher in relevant field with HR basics.
• Experience with recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Strong written and verbal English; Turkish helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contracts and records.
• Oversee recruitment references and background checks.
• Serve as point of contact for HR operations and privacy.
