Job summary

Bybit is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to partner with our Istanbul team, handling end-to-end HR operations and local regulatory compliance. You will drive employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy implementation in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will work with global HR leads to ensure a seamless employee experience, support audits, and foster a compliant, inclusive workplace in Turkey. Fluency in Turkish and English is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR management capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Turkey labor law.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable building HR and office functions from the ground up in a scaling environment.
• Proactive and self-driven with a track record of implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract management, probation tracking, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity.
• Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits enrollment in coordination with payroll and finance.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and other HR documentation in compliance with Turkish labor law.
• Support visa and work permit applications for foreign employees as needed.
• Assist with employee relations, grievances, and investigations; advise managers on people-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law, SGK, and health & safety requirements; support audits.
