We seek a tech-savvy HR Ops Specialist to support onboarding, compliance, recruitment, and training, leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes. This fully remote role collaborates with leadership to optimize HR workflows while maintaining strict compliance and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field (required).
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools, systems, platforms (required).
• Excellent written and spoken English with proactive communication (required).
• Proactive, self-directed in a fast-paced, fully remote environment (required).
• Minimum 2 years HR operations experience for a U.S.-based company (required).
• Experience using monday.com and HRIS such as Rippling (required).
• Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, processes (required).
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, documentation, and efficiency (required).
• Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities (required).
• Preferred: recruitment or sourcing experience; Canva experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new hires and tech setup within first week.
• Audit HR documents, compliance, and trainings; monitor documentation completion.
• Follow up on outstanding compliance items with employees and managers.
• Maintain HR records in Rippling and other HR systems.
• Source candidates and manage pipelines; assist interviews with managers.
• Help update training curriculum, materials, and SOPs.
• Support automation and AI-powered improvements; manage workflows in Monday.com.
