Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of HRBP experience.
• Broad HR expertise across performance management, employee relations, manager effectiveness, organizational design, talent development, and compensation cycles.
• Experience building or supporting people programs, processes, or operating rhythms to improve leadership effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering leaders to translate business priorities into people recommendations and action plans.
• Advise on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, performance, employee relations, and manager capability.
• Drive defined HRBP work streams from diagnosis through execution with clear recommendations.
