Job summary

Big Grove Brewery in Iowa City is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of HR, ensuring data integrity, payroll alignment, onboarding/offboarding controls, and compliant processes across locations.

You will partner with the Director of HR, payroll, and location leaders to build scalable HR infrastructure, drive vendor management, and deliver accurate reporting that supports growth and a great team member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience owning core HR processes across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate HR data and reports.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations processes, documentation, and controls across locations.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and conduct recurring data audits.
• Coordinate benefits administration and open enrollment with brokers and carriers.
• Partner with payroll to ensure timely HR data changes and payroll accuracy.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding controls and compliance activities.
• Audit HR processes, vendor performance, and data integrity initiatives.
