Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Human Resources Operations to oversee HR operations for a multi-institution environment in Education, Government & Non-Profit sectors. This hands-on leader partners with HR leadership, HR systems, and internal stakeholders to strengthen accountability, process discipline, and the employee experience.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, with compensation ranging from $120,000 to $125,000 annually.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Human Resources Operations to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This leader will oversee HR operations and service delivery for a multi-institution environment, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. The role will partner closely with HR leadership, HR systems, and internal stakeholders to strengthen accountability, process discipline, and employee experience. It is well suited for a hands‑on HR leader who can balance operational execution with continuous improvement and strategic influence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 annually
