G2 Startup Advisors is seeking a part-time Human Resources Associate to support HR initiatives for clients and internal operations in a remote, 1099 capacity.

You will maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding, assist with performance management, and help implement training programs, scheduling sessions and tracking participation.

Strong communication, HR operations knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a startup/consulting environment are essential.
