Job summary

G-P is a remote-first, global employment platform seeking a Sr Human Resources Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support HR back-end services for professionals across international entities, focusing on onboarding, data management, payroll data, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience, SSC experience desirable.
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation across the EMEA region.
• Experience with Poland, Germany, UK, Ireland or other listed countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR life cycle processes: onboarding, data management, absence, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documents: contracts, amendments, policies, enrollment docs.
• Maintain employee records in the platform with data changes.
• Administer benefits enrollment with brokers/insurers.
• Provide payroll data and liaise with payroll providers.
• Audit data changes to ensure timely payments.
• Contribute to process improvement and SOP updates.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
• Ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed.
• Collaborate with GP partners/vendors on HR-related tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.
