Job summary

G-P seeks a Sr Human Resource Associate to join our regional shared service center on a 9-month fixed-term contract, night shift. You will support HR, payroll, and legal service providers for our international entities, with emphasis on the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, documentation, data accuracy, and benefits enrollment while coordinating with brokers and payroll teams. This role requires global exposure and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services organization.
• Strong onboarding experience across the Americas region (Canada, Mexico, US, Brazil a plus).
• Excellent customer service skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support employee life cycle processes: onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment guides.
• Maintain employee records in our platform and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist benefits enrollment with broker/insurer for professionals.
• Provide payroll data to the payroll team coordinating with Local Payroll Provider.
• Audit data changes to ensure timely payments.
