Responsibilities

• Guide employees and management on interpretation, compliance, and enforcement of HR policies and laws.
• Monitor and update labor and employment laws to ensure compliance.
• Communicate policy changes to leadership and staff.
• Collaborate on designing HR training materials and resources.
• Compile data and identify trends regarding employee experience.
• Promote engagement through employee relations activities.
