Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment law.
• Experience using basic Office Suite computer and workforce management programs.
• Knowledge of industry leading people and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
• Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact, tailoring your approach
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to understand needs
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank the guest and ensure they know we’re happy they chose Target
• Know store sales goals/trends and assist in achieving business results
• Work with HR leader to anticipate talent and staffing needs and ensure right experience mix
• Execute recruiting efforts to hire talent with the right skills
• Support training needs of the store's sales force and advocate for learning
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
• Act as open door, listen to team members and escalate as needed
• Deliver on HR operational and cyclical programs
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• All other duties based on business needs
