Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring an HR Manager to support HR and benefits across the organization. The role requires high interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, with strict confidentiality and project alignment to corporate objectives.

The position is fully remote with a home office setup. Occasional travel to the home office 1–2 times per year is expected. Compensation includes a base salary of $95,000–$115,000 plus bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business major.
• Minimum five years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
• Benefits and payroll experience a plus.
• Experience with Paylocity a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Committed to lifelong learning and coachable.

Aufgaben

• Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and staff on complex, specialized, and sensitive questions; may administer routine tasks in delicate circumstances.
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives for internal employees.
• Manage benefits and 401(k) administration, including change reporting, invoice review, and communication of benefit information to employees.
• Manage annual benefit renewal process and open enrollment.
• Manage annual performance review and salary increase process.
• Create and perform various training programs including management training.
• Ensure benefit programs comply with applicable law, regulations, and best practices.
• Stay current with HR and benefits laws and regulations.
• Respond to government and agency inquiries and comply with reporting requirements.
• Spearhead maintaining the Nova 401(k) Associates Employee Handbook.
• Track employee compliance with continuing education and training requirements.
• Prepare semi-monthly reports to management.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Manager; HR Generalist and Payroll & Benefit Coordinator report to HR manager in 6-18 months.
• Perform other related duties as required.
