Reading Partners is seeking a Human Resources Manager, AmeriCorps to support volunteer relations, policy alignment, and risk management. This remote role reports to the Managing Director of Human Resources and requires a strong background in HR policies, investigations, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a salary range of $88,426 to $98,829 per year contingent on location, and an emphasis on equity, inclusion, and mission-driven impact.

Qualifications

• Five+ years HR experience with emphasis on employee/volunteer relations, investigations, and policy implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with web-based tools (Google Workspace) and HRIS systems (Paycom).
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations and escalate appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Support AmeriCorps Volunteer relations with leaders and program staff.
• Guide policy alignment and risk management for AmeriCorps volunteers.
• Consult managers on HR practices, documentation, and escalation.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving AmeriCorps volunteers.
• Support investigations and escalations with internal stakeholders.
